Challenge yourself by maintaining emotive, soft expressive movements in the arms, hands, upper body and neck while traveling with rhythmic foot patterns and turns. Content and length is equivalent to a 1-hour live class.

This is a stand-alone class, however, if you loved the music from the Enrich + Enhance classes 2 and 4 taught by Delsie, this beautiful choreography is further extended in this class. A variety of iconic hand and arm movements as well as foot patterns and turns are included in this class and combination. This class culminates in a beautiful combination set to music.
