This fun, upbeat combination is inspired by Ruhozi dance styles of the 1900s. graceful and rhythmic wrist isolations and precisely timed head isolations are emphasized. Challenges are sharp, single turns, and keeping the pulse of the movement in the feet while doing fluid, circular hand movements.
